I love a curry! Of course the easiest option is to go for a jar of sauce, but nothing tastes as good as the real thing! If you’re worried about a load of faff and obscure ingredients then this recipe is for you! It’s got a just a few basic ingredients, and is so easy to do...and tastes absolutely delicious. It’s by Nadia Hussain. All you do is chop, blend and cook through a few ingredients and thats the curry sauce done! Her recipe is for a lamb curry, but you can use chicken or fish instead (just add and cook through at the end), or I just add vegetables to the sauce for a veggie curry. I don’t actually bother with the naan breads I just serve with rice and poppadoms. Enjoy! Lucy x
