I've always loved a toffee apple at this time of year... did you know they are surprisingly easy to make too?! The kids love these. Perfect to make on a rainy day! Why not make a batch for your kids school or your office and sell them as a fundraiser too?
I like this recipe by BBC good food...I do recommend the food thermometer to get the toffee just right! You can buy them from Amazon for a fiver here.
