Love blueberry compote with pancakes, or a slice of cake & cuppa, or just with some natural yoghurt for a healthy breakfast or desert... & here is a super easy recipe! It's also a great way to use up any blueberries in the fridge that are going slightly off a bit!
What you need:
250g blueberries
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
What you do:
Heat all the ingredients together in a pan until they are boiling and melted down a bit.
Eat cold or hot...
