Delicious breakfast: vegan and gluten free porridge with cinnamon & fruit

This breakast tastes absolutely delicious, is super easy to make, and super healthy too! it's also dairy and gluten free. Plus cinammon is reported to have many health benefits, including stabilising blood sugars. And speaking of which, maple syrup is a great sweetener as it causes smaller spikes in your blood sugar. 

What you need: 

Gluten free porridge oats - 2 cups

Cup of apple juice

2 tsp of Cinammon

Chopped fruit of any kind: berries, nectarine, banana etc

Maple syrup to taste

What you do: 

Add oats to a pan. Cover with boiling water. Add a cup of apple juice. Add a tiny tiny pinch of salt and tea spoon of cinnamon. Heat for a few minutes until soft and gooey. Add a pinch of black pepper. Before serving: sprinkle another tea spoon of cinnamon over the porridge. add chopped fruit and a drizzle of maple syrup to sweeten it.
