Hi there, thanks for visiting my site. Just to let you know that you can place orders as usual, but please allow up to three weeks for them to arrive... this is due to the virus situation. Please only contact me after this time frame if your parcel still hasn't arrived. Please also note that I will not be getting any more joggers in now until the factory in Italy opens back up again and I am not able to take pre-orders for them or keep any aside, sorry. I will post on Instagram to let you know when they are in again. There will be more sweatshirts and tees arriving too when my printing companies re-open. Delivery & Returns

Delivery

Delivery rates are calculated by weight. Tees are around £1 postage.  Hoodies, joggers & sweats etc are around £3.99 and larger orders are more. International shipping is £12.

I try to send out orders as quickly as I can, and they should arrive within 3 - 5 working days. Although during busy periods there may be a longer wait of 1-3 weeks as my small business is just me! :-)

All parcels are carefully packaged and can be gift wrapped on request for a small extra charge.

Returns

I really hope that your order arrives safely, but in the event of any products being faulty or incorrect, please contact me at: lucy@lucydodwell.com with a photograph of the problem and let me know if you would like to be refunded or sent a replacement (free or charge). 

If you have changed your mind then no problem, just please return the product, unworn and in it's original packaging within 28 days. Please also include a little note with your name on and whether you want a return or exchange (even if you have emailed me) as I am handling 100s of orders on a weekly basis! Please contact me for the returns address at: lucy@lucydodwell.com. Thanks. 

The cost of the return will be your responsibility. Please get proof of posting as if the parcel goes missing then you will be required to cover the costs of the product. 

Please note that all jewellery can not be returned for hygiene reasons. 

Exchanges

If you would like to make an exchange, just contact me and I can arrange this for you. You will be responsible for returning the product to me (contact me for my returns address), but I will send out the exchanged product free of charge.

If you have not received the entire order as detailed in the order confirmation email sent to you when you placed it, please contact me at lucy@lucydodwell.com.
