SIZING

Hoping this page might help you a bit choose the right size product! Quite a few of my items come up very differently size wise, as they are from different manufacturers, so please read the size instructions carefully before ordering! If you are not sure then please contact me: lucy@lucydodwell and I will be more than happy to help.

SWEATSHIRTS & HOODIES

I print on a number of different style sweatshirts, so if you have one, don't necessary assume that you will be the same size in them all! Please see the images, usually the last one on the product page, for a size guide with measurements etc.

Super slouchy: If the sweatshirt or hoody has 'super slouchy' in the title then it means it is an oversized fit, and comes up very large, and you need to size DOWN. These sweatshirts are thick and cosy, with a fleece inside. They have long sleeves for maximum cosiness! If you are a size 12 for example, then you could choose the small if you want it a little loose fitting, or the XS for slim fitting.

Fitted: If the sweatshirt or hoody 'fitted' in the title, it means that it comes up pretty much on size and you can choose your usual size. These sweatshirts are not tight, they just fit how you would expect! If you are a size 12, then go for a medium for slim fitting, or a large for a little loose fitting.

Relaxed fit: these are a new style and pretty much on size. They are less slim fitting than the 'fitted' style. If you are a 12 then a medium would be a little loose fitting, large would be a slouchy look. They have a little wider scooped neck than the other styles.

Boyfriend fit: if the sweatshirt has 'boyfriend fit' in the title it means that they are a unisex style and come up quite big, so I would size down. They are a good length (perfect of tucking in or wearing untucked with leggings) and forgiving over the tummy area. If you are a 12 for example then go for a small for slim fitting, or a medium for loose fitting.

Unisex fit: if the sweatshirt has 'unisex fit' in the title it means that they are a unisex style and come up quite big, so I would size down. They are a quite long in the body (perfect of tucking in or wearing untucked with leggings). If you are a 12 for example then go for a small for slim fitting, or a medium for  more loose fitting.

TEES

Boyfriend fit: if the tee has 'boyfriend fit' in the title it means that they are a unisex style and come up quite big, so I would size down. They are a good length (perfect of tucking in or wearing untucked with leggings) and forgiving over the tummy area. If you are a 12 for example then go for a small for slim fitting, or a medium for loose fitting.

Fitted style: these tees are more of a fitted style, a bit tigher over the bust and likely to reveal more of your shape.

Boxy style: these tees are a boxy shape, by that I mean more square - ie broader and straight down, and not fitted over the stomach. They hang beautifully and will cover up any lumps and bumps.

All the other tees with no 'fit' stated in the title are quite slim fitting and come up on size. If you are a 12, then go for a medium for a slim fit, or large for a little loose.

JOGGERS

Cotton ultimate joggers: these are coming up quite small. If you want them more slim fitting, and more like leggings, then go for your usual size in the shops. If you want them more like slouchy joggers, then go up one size. For really baggy go up 2 sizes. For example if you are a 12, then medium would be quite tight fitting more like leggings, and large would give you more of a slouchy fit. For really baggy then for for an XL.

New faux leather joggers: these are coming up bigger than the cotton joggers so I would size DOWN. If you are a 12, then I would go for small, or even XS if you want them more tight fitting.

Camo jeans: these are coming up small and quite tight! If you are a 12, then medium will be very slim fitting, and large a little looser fitting. There is not much stretch in the waist band so size up if not sure!

Sorry I know how confursing and annoying the difference in sizing is! Its just that different manufactuers all have different sizing!
